Sr Principal Engineer Salesforce Azure Cloud Integrations Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer specializing in Salesforce Cloud Integrations and Enterprise Platforms to drive technical excellence innovation and seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise in AIdriven architectures Cloudbased platforms (Azure Databricks) API integrations and Salesforce CRM while partnering with Product Management technical leaders and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and highimpact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Integration & Enterprise Platforms

• Design and implement modern cloudnative architectures leveraging Azure Data Lake Azure Cloud Databricks Unity Catalog and Delta Share.
• Optimize enterprisewide integration services using Azure Service Bus API Management Event Grid and Logic Apps.
• Ensure seamless data integration across Salesforce (Health Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud) Azure and thirdparty applications through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
• Lead secured collaborative development environments for crossfunctional teams.

3. Application Ownership & Technical Excellence

• Own the endtoend design development and maintenance of AI/GenAI data and integration platforms.
• Serve as a technical design authority ensuring best practices in cloud scalability security and AI governance.
• Implement and enforce ITMS (IT Management System) controls ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

4. Delivery Oversight & Vendor Management

• Oversee endtoend project working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver highquality solutions.
• Manage vendorled scrum teams and enforce best practices in software development coding standards and security policies.
• Define and drive the adoption of FinOps CloudOps and Governance models for AI and cloudbased platforms.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive nextgeneration innovation projects including GenAI Conversational AI and AIdriven automation.
• Optimize pharmaceutical research and commercial data workflows using cuttingedge AI and data engineering tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical mentorship within the engineering team.

Required Qualifications

• Strong handson experience with Azure services including Azure Cloud Azure Data Lake Service Bus Event Grid API Management and Databricks.
• Expertise in Salesforce (Health Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud) and CRM integrations.
• Experience in designing scalable APIs cloudbased microservices and integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of security ITMS controls and compliance frameworks (GxP FDA EMA).
• Excellent leadership stakeholder management and vendor governance skills.
• 15 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Azure AI Engineer Associate)
• Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Application Architect Technical Architect)
• Experience in Pharma Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
