Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Holidays Sales Expert to join our team at Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. As a Holidays Sales Expert you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday packages ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue. This is a fulltime position based in Mumbai Maharashtra India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in sales preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
- Goaloriented with a passion for sales
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of Domestic & International holiday packages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Operations and sales of inbound/outbound Holidays.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
