Job Overview
Ready2help is seeking a MidLevel Assistant Sales Manager for a fulltime position based in Delhi Nangloi Jat Bahadurgarh Rohini and New Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management roles with a robust skill set tailored to drive sales and team success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales strategy (Mandatory skill): Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Team management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Customer relationship management: Experience in maintaining and nurturing longterm customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
- Sales forecasting: Ability to predict sales trends and accurately estimate future sales to inform strategic planning.
- Negotiation skills: Strong negotiating abilities to close deals and handle tough discussions to benefit the organization.
- Market analysis: Capable of analyzing market trends and competition to identify opportunities for sales enhancement.
- Product knowledge: Thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
