Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer for an executivelevel position at our New Delhi office. This is a fulltime fixedterm employment role ideal for individuals with a background in training delivery coaching and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in training delivery and coaching with a clear track record of success (Mandatory skill).
- Strong product knowledge specifically in educational and writing platforms (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in advanced sales techniques including consultative selling and objection handling.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively deliver training materials and handle queries.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to reach new heights of performance.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
- Experience in evaluating performance and providing actionable feedback to sales teams.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technology to enhance the learning experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of the team.
- Conduct oneonone coaching sessions to provide personalized feedback and support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and ensure the sales team is wellinformed about all features and benefits.
- Develop training materials including manuals videos and interactive modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align training strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and workshops on various sales techniques and best practices.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes and sales team performance metrics.
