Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Redhill RH1
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join an energetic local modern independent Estate Agent based in Redhill Surrey.
A positive and cando attitude is needed for this role which involves developing business agreeing new lets generating new instructions and providing superb customer service to customers at all times.
We are looking for the type of person who works well with others thrives in a sales environment and can work well under pressure.
The ideal candidates will have 12 months previous experience as a residential Sales Negotiator live within easy reach of the Redhill / Reigate area have a full UK driving licence and be a car owner.

The Company: Our client is an energetic high end leading Independent Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation in and around the Reigate / Redhill area.
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional and smart
- Be able to work under pressure and be target driven
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Some knowledge of the Redhill/Reigate area (preferable)
