Duties and Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Responsible for developing present and surrounding locations for ESOP sales Responsible for new tie ups for Corporates to further create leads for ESOP Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth as well as fee income Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience Acquire new clients Drive multi product crosssell and generate fee income Risk maintenance for clients Maintain the required pricing revenue generation zero portfolio delinquency Initiate visibilities in cities where our visibility is low Identification of clients channel partners

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications a)Qualifications Graduation Preferred: Postgraduation b)Work Experience 56 years in relevant industry Knowledge of ESOP industry and business domain is a must Prior knowledge and experience of sales Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self starter.
