Company Planning Analyst Hybrid

• Manage and own the company promotional markdown submission & reporting processes ensuring accuracy and collaborating efficiently with all key stakeholders.
• Work with cross functional partners to provide insight through reporting and creating tools that will help teams have more visibility and make quick decisions to drive company profitability.
• Monitor report on and analyze business (specifically Promotional Event efficacy) to assist in forecasting and strategy decisions.
• Assist Company Planning with other AdHoc analysis and reporting needs to gain exposure and experience in other functions of Finance.
• Analyze current processes and develop action plans for problem/resolution.
• Communicate effectively with all cross functional stakeholders: Merchandising Planning Leadership Marketing Credit/Loyalty Finance Treasury and Data Solution/Reporting.
• The Company Planning analyst position provides exposure experience and growth opportunities that may enable advancement within Company Planning.
• Selfstarter who is highly curious.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
