Role Customer Success Manager

Location Bangalore
Key Requirements:
710 years of experience in Customer Success Client Strategy or Program
Management preferably in Agritech B2B loyalty programs SAAS companies.
Strong expertise in valuedriven client engagement and program analytics.
Ability to develop strategic roadmaps to scale and enhance programs.
Experience in customer journey mapping and engagement strategy.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret key metrics.
Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Passion for innovation and service excellence in customer engagement.
Role- Customer Success Manager Exp- 7-10 Location- Bangalore Key Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Strategy, or Program Management, preferably in Agritech, B2B loyalty programs, SAAS companies. Strong expertise in value-driven client engagement and program analytics. Ability to develop strategic roadmaps to scale and enhance programs. Experience in customer journey mapping and engagement strategy. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret key metrics. Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
