Job Description
We are seeking a Member Services Manager to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pension and fund services provided to our clients with a focus on service management within the public sector. The Member Services Manager will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of highquality services to our members while also identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of pension and fund services for our clients in the public sector
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and of member services
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in service management
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to pension and fund services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
