Job Description
- Experience with Murex Environment management is a must
- Managing Murex Environments as part of a Murex Migration 31 upgrade migration run the bank
- The person is expected to troubleshoot Infrastructure application issues noticed on the monitoring or raised by users work on granting the access to environments and other requests
- Review existing infrastructure software configuration management processes
- Redesign existing processes
- Ensure hardware software requirements are met to handle Murex releases
- Monitoring of applications and EOD batches in SIT UAT and Production
- Ensure smooth handover to BAU team post releases
- Technical skills required are Linux Shell Scripting Database SybaseSQL
- Optional ITRS Geneos monitoring JIRA Confluence ServiceNow
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Murex EoD batches
- Experience working in both Unix and Windows environment
- Knowledge of ControlM Shell scripting
- Should have experience in working SQL queries
- Experience in performing maintenance activities
- Experience in Incident Problem change and release management process
- The team is expected to provide coverage from London to North America business hours supporting the Dev Testing users
