Centrex Rehabhas an exciting opportunity for alicensed COTA to work oncall between two of our sites at Horizons Heath Care and Retirement Community located in Eckert and Valley Manor Care Center located in Montrose. The ideal candidate will have some weekday availability.

This position and location is eligible for:
