We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchenteam. Michael has designed the kitchen to be spacious and stateoftheart sothis is a fabulous environment to work in for any passionate chefs looking tofurther their careers. Previous experiencein this role is essential.

What youll be doing

Ensuring that Service Standardsare in line with Michael Caines Brand Strategy and The Company businessobjectives

Being fully aware of all Healthand Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department

Assistingin the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum

Ensuringthat all staff within your section are working in a safe manner complying withCompany and legal requirements ensuring risk to you and others are minimised

Ensuringthat all food commodities are received and stored correctly

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or ExeterCentral train stations take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village.It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
