Under the supervision of the MRI Site Supervisor and/or Chief Technologist performs a variety of duties necessary for the smooth operation of the MRI scanner and patient schedule. The Staff Technologist utilizes all their technical skills and training to ensure the safe and accurate operation of the MRI scannerRequiredMust have excellent communication skills. Must be selfmotivated and have ability to work in a healthcare setting. Must have basic computer skills including knowledge of the Centers Outlook electronic communication system. BLS Certification.Required Experience with PACS systems. Experience in an MRI setting.RequiredMinimum of Associates Degree in Radiology or an accrediated MRI Certificate Program.RequiredRegistration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for MRI. Preferred Radiologic Technology Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
