Job Opportunity: Nanny/Housekeeper for a Private Family in East Village NYC
Location: East Village New York NY 10009
Address: 510 E 15th Street Apt 609
Position: Fulltime Nanny/Housekeeper 60 hours per week)
About the Family:
A warm and welcoming private family in East Village is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny/Housekeeper to assist with childcare and household management. The family values a nurturing responsible and proactive individual who can provide attentive care to their children while maintaining an organized and clean home environment.
Children:
4yearold in PreK 8:00 AM 3:30 PM)
18monthold in daycare 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Schedule:
Monday Friday 7:00 AM 6:30/7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfast and get children ready for school/daycare.
Drop off and pick up children from school and daycare.
Engage children in activities including afterschool play and learning opportunities.
Take the son to extracurricular activities (music soccer etc..
Assist with meal preparation focusing on fish and vegetablebased meals for the family.
Maintain a clean organized and tidy home including laundry and general housekeeping tasks.
Order household supplies as needed.
Assist with dinner cleanup and bath time if parents are still working.
Additional Details:
The home has regular house cleaners twice a week.
A friendly family dog is present about 50 of the time (no pet care required).
The family prefers someone who can teach a little with Spanishspeaking skills being ideal.
Travel flexibility is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
$25$30 per hour $per week)
