RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our clients team in Johannesburg. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Provide excellent postsales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles techniques and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel if required.
