Required Effective communication skills /ability to build rapport with others. Organizational skills to work in an efficient and orderly fashion.
Required Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT).
Required Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Massachusetts.
Preferred Registration or registration eligible* with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required for Radiography. Registration as (ARRTCV or VI) preferred but not required. Must be registered in Radiology within 12 months of hire.
Under the administrative direction of the Angio/Interventional Supervisor the technologist performs interventional radiographic procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Assumes responsibility for designated areas procedures and students as assigned.
