Objectives of this role
Represent the companys design and engineering competencies by utilising indepth knowledge and research to
demonstrate how our solutions fit the demands of customers in the India & APAC areas.
Generate new leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales
opportunities.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage in next steps
Identify best practices for refining the companys leadgeneration playbook & for deal closure
While experience selling design services might be a plus we are really looking for someone who has the ability to
learn new areas easily (e.g. design methodology) and be able to present and articulate the value proposition to
the prospect.
Extremely good at onthego thinking and knows exactly which strategy/ mode works for which kind of
customer (potential)
Can comfortably switch between different approaches be it a serious discussion or a talk interspersed with
humour by having a keen understanding of what works for different customers and tailor the discussions towards
a successful solution (Arrange Next level meeting)
