RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assumes ownership of assigned projects and executes successfully.
Monitors budgets and schedules of assigned projects.
Lead all aspects of the project on behalf of the client including managing the project team and subconsultants.
Identifies potential project prospects and assists/leads in preparation of technical proposals to support marketing efforts.
Responsible for assigned project delivery and quality of deliverables.
Maintains client relationships.
Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field of study.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario required.
5 years of experience in Project Management activities and managing design teams.
Experience with construction administration activities and interaction with construction field teams.
Experience working with local and regional municipalities.
Demonstrate solid presentation verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
Good organization skills ability to multitask and be a team player.

Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.
High level of integrity always doing the right thing in an ethical fair and sustainable way.
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team working together toward technical excellence.
Working experience with environmental assessments is an asset.
