Job Scope:
Responsible for overseeing the planningdevelopment and of an organizations marketing and advertisinginitiatives. The Marketing manager that marketing strategies are aligned withoverall business goals and objectives driving brand awareness customerengagement and revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader who cannavigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape inspire a highperformingmarketing team and collaborate with other executives to create unifiedbusiness strategies.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (B2BVertical)
A. Marketing Strategy andLeadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketingstrategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives and drivesgrowth brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Led the development of marketing plansincluding digital marketing product marketing advertising content marketingand public relations.
- Direct mentor and manage a team of marketingprofessionals ensuring the department is aligned with business goals andpositioned for success.
- Act as companys key marketingrepresentative at the executive level working closely with other Csuiteleaders to align marketing strategies with the broader business vision.
B. Brand Development andManagement:
- Oversee all branding and positioning effortsensuring consistency and coherence across all channels and customertouchpoints.
- Guide the development of messaging andcommunication strategies that reflect the companys vision values and goals.
- Ensure the brands presence remains competitivein the market adapting to new trends technologies and consumer behaviors.
C. Digital Transformationand Customer Experience:
- Lead digital marketing efforts includingSEO/SEM email marketing social media paid media content marketing anddigital advertising.
- Drive customer engagement through omni channel marketing strategies optimizing the entire customer journey from awareness toretention.
- Embrace datadriven marketing leveraginganalytics to understand customer behavior refine campaigns and improvemarketing ROI.
D. Market Research andCompetitive Analysis:
- Conduct or oversee market research competitoranalysis and customer insights to inform strategy and identify marketopportunities.
- Leverage data andindustry trends to shape marketing strategies that allow the company tomaintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and explore new markets products andservices that align with the companys growth objectives.
E. Revenue Growth andPerformance Metrics:
- Develop manage and monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) for the marketing team to measure the success of marketingefforts.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocateresources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams toensure that marketing efforts drive revenue growth and align with sales goals.

H. Public Relations andCorporate Communications:
- Oversee all external communications and publicrelations activities managing media relations crisis communications andcorporate reputation.
- Foster partnershipswith key media outlets influencers and stakeholders to increase brandvisibility and credibility.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelorsdegree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 8years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roleswithin the Tech industrywith a proventrack record of driving business growth.
- Proventrack record of building and executing B2B marketing strategies that driverevenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Strongexperience with demand generation accountbased marketing (ABM) and leadnurturing for B2B clients.
- Extensiveexperience in brand management digital marketing and customer experiencesstrategies.
- Experience in managing significant budgets andachieving measurable results.
