What youll do daytoday:
Greets customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make type and features of vehicle desired.
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
Partners with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price including tax tradein allowance license fee and discount and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicles; familiarizes the customer with vehicle at delivery.
What we are looking for:
Current valid drivers license.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.
Retail/sales experience preferred but not required
Exceptional ability at building and maintaining customer relationshipsyou can turn strangers into friends time and time again.
Consistently demonstrates MINIs optimistic attitude to life Big Love Energy when working both internally and externally
Sales aptitude and excellent objection handling skills with great verbal and written communication.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3000$10000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
