We are currently recruiting for a Community Safety Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. From day one you will be part of a wellrespected and collaborative team whereby you will support the team by providing administration and business support.
Working alongside the Community Safety Manager and Officers you will support in coordinating surgeries case escalations and the coordination of information for legal action. As such you will have the opportunity to develop and grow within a highperforming team.
What you could be doing as one of our Community Safety Coordinators;
- Providing administration support to Community Safety team including coordinating information required to progress a case for legal action.
- Assisting the team to ensure compliance access information is well maintained and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring case escalations are managed and progressed in a timely manner. You will also liaise with solicitors and courts to ensure case progression.
- Supporting with the drafting of witness statement and relevant documents.
- Working with our systems to raise purchase orders as well as checking the accuracy of these and amending where necessary.
- Overseeing email accounts ensuring a timely response to queries.
Some things we need from you:
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative role. This would ideally be gained in the Housing sector however applicants from other sectors will be considered.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office packages with particularly good working knowledge of Excel.
- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload under pressure.
- Detail focussed approach to your workload.
- You will be someone who takes responsibility for delivering an excellent service with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- There is a requirement for some officebased working on occasion so candidates will need to be within a commutable distance.
- This role will require a basic DBS check.
