We are seeking a passionate and experienced Principal to join our team in Guwahati. This midlevel fulltime position requires overseeing academic and administrative tasks ensuring high educational standards and fostering an environment conducive to learning. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience and expertise in statistical analysis to interpret complex data and drive informed decisionmaking. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques for modeling and datadriven insights. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong SQL skills for database management and analysis of educational data. (Mandatory skill)
- Competency in Python programming to automate repetitive tasks and perform complex calculations and data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present findings in an understandable way aiding stakeholders in strategic planning.
- Experience in predictive modeling to anticipate future trends and needs in educational settings.
- Understanding of big data principles to handle and analyze large sets of educational data for policymaking.
- Skill in data mining to uncover insights and guide curriculum and operational enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the academic and administrative operations ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance the quality of education and improve student outcomes in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the recruitment development and performance management of faculty and staff fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning to analyze educational data drawing insights for continual improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders including parents teachers and community members to build strong relationships and support for school initiatives.
- Implement effective educational programs and ensure the integration of technology in teaching and learning processes.
- Monitor and evaluate school performance utilizing data visualization and predictive modeling to strategize necessary interventions.
