How You Can Make a Difference:
As a Cook you will play a crucial role in delivering the highquality food that ChickfilA is known for while ensuring efficiency safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare fresh food items including chicken fries salads and breakfast items
- Quality Control: Ensure all food meets ChickfilA standards before serving.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with highvolume service.
- Sanitation & Safety: Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inventory & Stocking: Keep ingredients and kitchen supplies stocked and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a highenergy fastpaced kitchen
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Reliable and punctual team player
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 teamoriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate effectively using the English language
- Selfstarter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- Proficiency required in reading and writing and mathematics
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records check Paradies Background Check and applicable Department of Transposition requirements.
- ServSafe may be required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs perform essential job functions such as standing bending reaching climbing on ladder and walking long distances.
- Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in environment with varying temperatures.
