Heres how a(n)Project Controllerfor our Denveroffice contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Leads and participates in a multidisciplinary project controls team (planning document control cost control process development district standardization).
  • Manages project documents systematically ensuring field personnel have access to the latest drawings and specifications.
  • Efficiently utilizes project controls software assists in setup and updates parameters as required.
  • Completes regular reporting auditing and troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes ideas.
  • Supports the setup of key project logs (submittals inspection plans procurement).
  • Collaborates with project teams proactively identifying and resolving issues implementing recovery plans.
  • Analyzes and communicates trending schedule progress and cost data to personnel.
  • Participates in scope and change management ensuring accurate estimates and impact analyses.
  • Creates weekly/monthly progress reports interprets labor cost and productivity reports.
  • Adheres to project control processes maintains alignment and manages resourceloaded schedules.
  • Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders resolves conflicts and presents at client meetings.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
  • Associates or bachelors degree in a related subject area: construction management engineering architecture preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of engineering construction management and project management functions (RFIs submittals procurement cost/change management document control).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operations systems; quick to learn inhouse software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills adaptable across clients supervision and craft workers.
  • Ability to support new initiatives identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Understanding of contract language risk mitigation and estimating methods.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
  • Experience working for a contractor is preferred.

The salary range for this position is between $75000 and $98000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
