Job Description
Overview
Are you aPhysical Therapy Assistantwith a desire to make a difference in the lives of the older adult population If so we sure have the job for you! Come join ourEMPLOYEEOWNED TEAM and make a different with our PRN Home Health team in the Fond du Lac area.
This is a PRN Parttime or Fulltime Home Health position to cover areas within a 30 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement included!

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapists.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Acute care longterm care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
