Job Overview
We are seeking a MidLevel Oracle OSM Developer to join our dynamic team on a fulltime basis. The position is based in Hyderabad or Bangalore. As a key member of the team you will focus on developing and implementing Oracle Billing and Revenue Management solutions. You will collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure highquality deliverables and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development : Lead and participate in the design development and installation of Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) solutions to support telecom operations and orchestration processes.
Telecom Domain Expertise : Utilize strong telecom domain experience to develop and enhance OSM processes focusing on telecom orchestration for services such as Wireless Cable DSL VoIP Pots and IPTV.
OSS Domain Knowledge : Apply operational support system (OSS) expertise to manage the orchestration and fulfillment of telecom services across various domains.
Server Management : Oversee the configuration installation and management of WebLogic Server and Apache Tomcat for OSM environments ensuring system stability and integration with other tools and technologies.
System Integration : Develop and implement integration mechanisms between Oracle OSM and other systems using industry standards and best practices.
Collaboration : Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of Oracle OSM solutions. Collaborate with network infrastructure and development teams for seamless service orchestration.
Troubleshooting & Optimization : Diagnose and resolve performance issues in OSM systems. Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Required Skills
Oracle OSM Expertise : 35 years of handson experience with Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) in the telecom domain particularly in telecom orchestration.
Telecom & OSS Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of telecom services such as Wireless Cable DSL VoIP Pots and IPTV as well as OSS domain expertise.
Server Management : Proficiency in managing WebLogic Server and Apache Tomcat with experience in their integration and performance optimization for OSM applications.
Integration : Experience in integrating Oracle OSM with other systems and tools within a telecom environment.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and manage endtoend OSM implementations.
