ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME
We are hiring two apprentices to join our Client Services Group in the Distribution (Client & Sales) Team. The Global Distribution business of MFS consists of around 900 employees based in various countries across the globe.As an apprentice you will undergo a twoyear training programme through onthejob training and training through our external providers Fitch Learning and Investment 20/20. The aim is for the Apprentice to obtain a professional qualification such as CISI Level 3 Financial Services Administration. This role is a paid opportunity and will be based in our London office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The core role of Client Service Apprentices will be to provide support to the Global Client Sales Engagement team in creating accurate marketing materials for clients and sales engagement activities. You will start to build professional working relationships and work with the team on a range of other tasks projects and at events that support the teams work.
Supporting the Client Service team to manage the marketing content creation process via the project management of partner teams.
Supporting the team in creating customised sales and marketing presentations Client Review Books and other materials to enhance the sales process and client relationship management. You will be trained to source and review customised data.
Learning to use the CRM (Client Relationship Management) Database to manage client information.
Learning how to assess and manage enquiries to the team.
Provide support where necessary to the Client Service team on all aspects of internal meetings and external events such as roadshows product focused events and industry conferences. Liaising with the Marketing Event Planning and Speaker Coordination Teams as needed.
Be trained to understand and apply business and compliance rules across all MFS work.
Assist colleagues with internal projects which will help develop internal knowledge of MFSs operations
As an Apprentice you will be required to undertake the relevant internal and external training assigned.
Performs additional duties as requested.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
If you are a school or college leaver with a keen interest in working within Financial Services and have obtained the following qualifications we would love to hear from you:
Minimum grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English; and
Completed either your ALevels BTEC NVQ or TLevels;
Other attributes we are looking for include:
A people person with a customerfocused approach;
A team player with a proactive attitude to learning and who enjoys developing new skills;
Good IT skills and enjoys working with Power Point and Excel;
Is intellectually curious and enjoys interpreting information and problem solving;
A can do attitude and enjoys developing new skills;
Good organisational skills able to multitask and meet deadlines;
A good communicator both spoken and written.
