Your Role
Innovaccer is looking for a System Engineer Enterprise IT to help in building maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding information technology team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industrys best practices and evidence of a professional track record of effective technical
management information analysis and a thorough understanding of computer hardware software & network systems.
A Day in the Life
Managing day to day user complaints/Issues
Monitoring the systems and network infrastructure
New system/Laptop installations and assignment
Asset Management
Security Patch management/monitoring on windows/MacBook/ Linux systems
Software license management
What You Need
Should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Must have knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) Desktop
Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware Troubleshooting
Basic Networking Knowledge
