For our client we are seeking an experienced Email Security Engineer to join the team. This position requires expertise in email security particularly with Microsoft MDO and a strong understanding of email gateway solutions.

For our client we are seeking an experienced Email Security Engineer to join the team. This position requires expertise in email security particularly with Microsoft MDO and a strong understanding of email gateway solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex email security incidents.
- Work with security vendors and use tools logs and reports to address issues.
- Handle userreported tickets including malware/phishing and attachmentrelated threats.
- Perform change management and collaborate with stakeholders for security changes.
- Generate and manage threat protection reports and summaries.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and team coaching.
Requirements:
- 47 years of experience in Email Security and Exchange Support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft MDO Proofpoint Mimecast Darktrace and TrendMicro email gateway solutions.
- Indepth troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Azure and Exchange components.
- Certification in SC900 and SC200 preferred.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to provide solutions within SLAs.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Clientfacing presentation skills and willingness to contribute to service improvements.
- Fluent in English.
