What Youll Do as an RN:
Coordinate and oversee the care of residents with a focus on dignity and safety
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Assess plan and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care is delivered
Respond to changes in residents conditions and communicate effectively with physicians families and team members
Maintain accurate detailed medical records and documentation
Foster a warm supportive environment for residents and their loved ones
What Youll Need:
Current RN license in the state of SC
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Compassionate reliable and teamoriented mindset
Experience in longterm care or skilled nursing preferred but we welcome all backgrounds!
