The Role:
Irdeto is developing software solutions that are embedded into devices widely deployed in households all over the world. If you like a mix of realtime processing multimedia technology and improving the user experience you are tailored for this position!
Your mission at Irdeto
Expertise in test case analysis and automation strategies.
Proficiency in various scripting languages for automation using Python / Java using Appium / Selenium / Roboframework.
Extensive knowledge and application of DVB/MPEG standards.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
How can you add value to the Team:
- Proficiency in multiple scripting languages for automation and testing including but not limited to Python and JavaScript.
- Extensive knowledge and application of DVB/MPEG standards in the context of STB middleware.
- Advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with a focus on making datadriven decisions.
- Expertise in risk management and Agile methodologies with a focus on mitigating risks in the automation process.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and adapt to new technologies and tools in the automation landscape.
- Proven experience in automating video streaming OTT applications on various platforms (STB Web Android/IOS Android TV HTMLTV) with a focus on performance and reliability testing.
- Expertise in setting up managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on continuous testing.
- Scripting using STB Automation tools like Witbe and Stormtest is a plus.
- Prior experience on API Automation and performance testing tools like JMeter Loadrunner Neoload is a plus.
