Job Description
Software Requirements:
- Proficient in C# for developing robust applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database interactions and queries.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ for implementing messaging solutions.
- Python knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of software applications using .NET technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical direction and support.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews unit testing and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Messaging Systems:
- RabbitMQ

- Azure DevOps
- Git
Methodologies:
- Agile/Scrum
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft technologies with a focus on .NET development.
- Proven experience leading software development projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Lead the development team in building highquality software applications.
- Write and maintain clean efficient and welldocumented code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
