Chief of Staff (Remote – South Africa)
Salary: $2000/month
Fulltime Remote
South Africabased candidates only
Overview:
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with a dynamic founder and leadership team at a growing company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments brings entrepreneurial energy and has the operational acumen to turn big ideas into scalable action. You’ll be the founder’s right hand—managing crossfunctional projects driving and being highly clientfacing when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to the founder and leadership team

Manage and scale internal projects across departments (Ops Sales Client Success etc.

Streamline communication reduce bottlenecks and create clarity across initiatives

Track progress and report outcomes for highimpact projects

Support business development initiatives and represent the founder in clientfacing conversations

Build structure around ambiguity by developing systems and operational workflows

Experience:
