Job Description – Sr HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage endtoend recruitment for medical and nonmedical staff (doctors nurses administrative staff support staff).
Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
Screen candidates conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
Organize teambuilding activities and wellness programs.
Foster a positive work culture aligned with hospital values and patient care standards.
3. Training & Development
Identify training needs and create training schedules for clinical and nonclinical staff.
4. Reward and Recognisation
Implement recognition programs to reward highperforming staff.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Manage payroll processing leave management and employee benefits.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal guidelines.
6. Strategic Role
Update organization chart monthly
Implement HR policies as stated
Schedule monthly TLR meetings department wise
Keep a check on daily diary
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
2 years of experience in HR (preferably in the healthcare sector)
Strong understanding of hospital HR operations and healthcare regulations
Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and MS Office
Excellent interpersonal communication and conflictresolution skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and labor laws
Experience in handling clinical staff recruitment
Familiarity with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) guidelines
