We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives driving sales strategies and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Manager will also be involved in sales analytics sales coaching and developing sales channels to maximize business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to cold calling networking and utilizing social media platforms to expand the customer base. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships. Familiarity with SAP SD sales module and a passion for customer engagement are essential for this role.
