Job Description
NQF Level 2: Wholesale and Retail 12Month FixedTerm Learnership

We are offering an exciting 12month Learnership opportunity for people living with a disability to gain handson experience in retail operations while completing a formal qualification: NQF Level 2 Wholesale and Retail.
As a Stores Learner you will be crosstrained to work on both the sales floor and the service desk developing essential retail skills to become a competent customerfocused sales consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete a minimum of 120 hours of practical work
Learn and apply product knowledge
Prepare for and complete assessments successfully
Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise
Merchandising stock according to store standards (MBP principles)
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for purchases and payments
Open new customer accounts
Assist with stock loss prevention and control
Build positive relationships with customers
Ensure safety and security of customers and store environment
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 10 qualification
South African Citizen
Living with a documented disability (proof will be required)
A strong interest in fashion and the retail environment
Must be available for the full duration of the learnership 12 months)
