Product Vision and Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Align the product strategy with business objectives and market demands.
Backlog Management
- Create prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Ensure that user stories are welldefined and understood by the development team
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Sprint Planning and Review
- Participate in sprint planning to clarify priorities and expectations.
- Review completed work and provide feedback during sprint reviews.
User Advocacy
- Understand and represent the needs of users throughout the development process.
- Gather user feedback and adjust the product accordingly.
Requirements
A bachelor s degree in business marketing computer science or a related field.
From 1 to 3 years of experience in product management business analysis or a related role.
Familiarity with software development processes is often required.
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
Ability to analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions
