Job Description
JOB TITLE: Aircraft Maintenance Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To ensure that the maintenance department functions operate productively and effectively within the organization.
Key Performance Areas
1. Maintaining and improving department personnel capabilities morale and growth
2. Effectively manage and control the production processes.
3. Conduct proactive planning of aircraft maintenance to ensure minimum downtime.
4. Maintaining a high level of efficiency ensuring a high standard of service and quality is delivered and maintained.
5. Maintenance capabilities are maintained at the highest standards
6. The coordination and control of production activities
7. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
8. Financial objectives are maintained and achieved concerning payment revenue and costs.
9. Ensure the optimal efficiency and costeffectiveness of the department are maintained
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Manager in the Aircraft/Aviation Industry.
Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Airframe).
Relevant Aircraft Maintenance Engineering licenses.
Relevant Managerial/Business Management qualification is preferable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).
Excellent Leadership skills.
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of business and financial principles (revenue cost of sales gross margins) & the implication of WIP delays on cash flow.
Knowledge of Local regional and international regulatory requirements.
Computerized maintenance program (CAMP) knowledge
Understanding and interpreting applicable aircraft maintenance schedules.
Benefits
Salary: $7000 $8000 monthly net (negotiable)
