Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Golang Engineer (GraphQL and PostgreSQL) to join our team. As a Junior Golang Engineer you ll work closely with experienced team members to develop maintain and optimize highquality backend systems and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing developing and maintaining efficient and scalable backend systems and APIs using Golang.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and crossfunctional teams to implement features and resolve technical challenges.
- Write clean welldocumented and maintainable code.
- Learn and work with cloudbased architectures including AWS services like S3 SQS and Lambda.
- Contribute to testing and debugging efforts to ensure highquality software delivery.
- Participate in team meetings code reviews and knowledgesharing sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team s success.
- Stay curious and uptodate with emerging backend technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience as a backend engineer
- Familiarity with backend development concepts APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) and database technologies like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- An eagerness to learn cloudbased technologies such as AWS.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with JavaScript React or frontend development concepts.
- Bonus: Interest in SaaS or healthcare technology.
