Requirements

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have indepth knowledge and a proven track record in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions specifically in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Procurement. These roles require strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills along with the ability to work crossfunctionally to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

For PPM Functional Consultant:

• Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules: Project Financials Grant Management Project Management Costing and Billing.
  
• Lead and support endtoend PPM implementations including requirement gathering system design golive and postimplementation support.
  
• Perform functional testing to validate configurations and enhancements meet business needs.
  
• Utilize tools such as OTBI FRS Smart View FBDI ADFDI for reporting and data management.
  
• Provide training and support to endusers on Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
  
• Ensure data integrity through validation reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
  
• Analyze complex projects management issues to optimize delivery and efficiency.
  

For SCM/Procurement Functional Consultant:

• Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement modules: Supplier Management Order Management Procurement Logistics Warehouse Management (WMS).
  
• Lead Oracle SCM/Procurement implementations from requirements to golive.
  
• Conduct functional testing to validate configurations updates and enhancements.
  
• Perform data validation reconciliation and discrepancy resolution to maintain supply chain and financial data integrity.
  
• Use tools such as FRS OTBI Smart View FBDI and ADFDI for data and reporting tasks.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless integration of Oracle Fusion with other modules and thirdparty systems.
  
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates ensuring smooth transitions with minimal business disruptions.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of handson experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
  
• At least 4 fullcycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of project/supply chain processes financials costing and billing.
  
• Proficiency in data management including validation and reconciliation.
  
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Certification (PPM or SCM track).
  
• Experience with additional Oracle modules (ERP Finance).
  
• Familiarity with AIdriven features and analytics in Oracle Fusion Cloud
