We re seeking an experienced eBay/eCommerce Specialist to lead the optimization and growth of our eBay marketplace presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact business growth through strategic marketplace management and datadriven decision making. The ideal candidate will combine marketplace expertise with strong analytical skills to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. Success in this role leads to expanded responsibilities across multiple ecommerce platforms and increased earning potential through our performance bonus structure.
Responsibilities
- Drive eBay store performance through strategic optimization and growth initiatives
- Create and maintain compelling product listings that maximize visibility and conversion
- Implement and manage targeted advertising campaigns to increase store traffic
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for sales and profitability metrics
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Create detailed performance reports tracking key metrics across brands and product categories
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent crossplatform brand presence
- Implement datadriven improvements to optimize store performance
Requirements
- Proven track record managing successful eBay store operations
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills with experience in data analysis
- Experience with major ecommerce platforms (eBay Amazon Shopify)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills
- Selfmotivated with ability to work independently
- Experience creating and maintaining detailed performance reports
