I m the direct recruiter for a Real Estate Executive/Administrative Assistant to support a growing multicompany real estate/investment portfolio founder! Local to your area.
Flexible Schedule
As Executive/Administrative Assistant supporting the owner of Land Investing Solutions https://landinvestingsolutions/ & other companies you ll be supporting multiple ventures/occasional personal tasks. Bixby location.
HIGHLIGHTS
Coordinate with title companies lenders/banks and legal teams to facilitate real estate transactions.
Manage calendar/coordinate meetings/prioritize scheduling across multiple ventures
Handle owner/business correspondence (emails messages and calls) professionally/consistently
Maintain organization for key deliverables/followups/task tracking
Draft/refine highquality written communications (emails reports updates)
Confidently handle phone/virtual calls representing owner with professionalism/polish
Coordinate with clients/stakeholders/internal teams to align communications/expectations
Support initiatives across multiple companies under owner portfolio
Assist in implementing/maintaining EOS processes: Rocks Scorecards IDS preparation
Occasional support for personal scheduling/administrative needs
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive experience as an AA/EA similar to the responsibilities noted above PLUS:
Real Estate Company Experience Admin experience working with Property management company Title company or Mortgage company
Outstanding English written/verbal communication skills; understand/work in US business environment
Proficient in tools like Slack Zoom Google Workspace project management software (e.g. Trello Asana).
Skilled in managing a variety of tasks across different areas of work
Align with owner core values: solving problems valuing relationships always doing the right thing seeking continuous improvement
Background in real estate is a plus
