Job Description

Our client is a professional Industrial Cleaning and Waste Management Company and they are looking to hire an Executive Director Waste Management Services to be based in Port Harcourt.


Job Overview
The Executive Director is tasked with overseeing business growth which includes developing commercial and technical strategies operationalizing such for effective operation and growth. He or she shall be responsible for his division and shall ensure that the Company performs well in both short and long term.

Job Responsibilities
Administration support:
  • Ensure that all company policy decisions are in line with legal guidelines and in tandem to current corporate guidance and guidelines. Also support all company s policies and procedure.
Strategy & Plan:
  • Develop quality business strategies and plan to meet the objectives and goals of the company.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to increase the performance of the company and drive strategic growth (including partnershiptechnology & market).
Business development & sustenance:
  • Develop business for the TIP establishes and maintains highly effective relationships with the clients and partners for effective business development and sustenance.
Operation:
  • Drive the company s operation (through effective coordination of Unit s activities) to meet budget and financial target with utmost desire to meet clients requirements and enhance retention.

Market direction:
  • Gives the company market and pricing direction with respect to waste management and industrial cleaning.
Budget:
  • Participates in financial planning and allocation of resources of the company for maximum performance.
Risk management:
  • Undertakes periodic appraisals of external and internal market threats and takes effective measures to counter them.
KPI:
  • Develop appropriate KPI s to measure and predict performance of the Division s staff and continually drive innovation in all facets of your Division (strategy and business development and operations).


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Basic Degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering
  • 10years work experience 5years in Managerial position)
  • Masters in Business Administration/Project Management is an added advantage.

  • Market intelligence (going pricing competitors profile business info sources)
  • Commercialization of Services (costing & pricing proposal presentation)
  • Opening of new Doors (new project or client)
