This is not a conventional managerial role but an opportunity to shape the financial inclusion landscape in underserved markets. Manage endtoend branch operations including loan disbursement processes customer service and compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the branch s loan portfolio identify new market opportunities and strengthen partnerships with SMEs petty traders and local stakeholders.
Lead mentor and motivate a sales and operations team to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Act as the primary liaison for key clients and partners resolving issues promptly and nurturing longterm relationships to enhance customer retention.
Analyse sales data market trends and portfolio health to refine strategies improve lead conversion rates and mitigate risks.
Ensure all activities adhere to risk management frameworks and prepare detailed reports on branch performance customer engagement and financial metrics.
Leverage deep knowledge of local markets (e.g. Sura Idumota Balogun) to tailor outreach efforts and drive product adoption in highpotential areas.
You are entrepreneurial and a selfstarter with 35 years in branch management sales leadership or microfinance with a proven track record of growing loan portfolios and managing teams in highdemand environments.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field (preferred)
Exceptional ability to inspire teams delegate effectively and maintain operational efficiency under pressure.
Familiarity with Lagos Island markets and experience engaging SMEs petty traders or informal sector businesses.
Strong negotiation strategic planning and analytical abilities. Proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking and CRM tools.
Unwavering commitment to ethical practices transparency and regulatory compliance.
You are willing to work weekends/holidays as needed to meet business demands.
