Job Description
KPFFs Washington Division is located in Downtown Seattle. Our Transportation team is seeking a Roadway/Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience designing civil engineering projects. This position will provide the opportunity for you to design a diverse array of projects in a team environment and:
- Collaborate with multidiscipline teams while developing project management capabilities
- Work on stimulating and challenging multidisciplinary projects from planning through design and construction
- Engage with clients
- Build our business in Washington State

Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years experience with civil engineering projects (site development and/or transportation)
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Bonus Points for MicroStation and OpenRoads (InRoads GEOPAK)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passionate about providing exceptional client service
Additional Information :
Physical Demands:
- Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
- Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking standing kneeling or navigating uneven terrain.
- Traveling to project sites or client meetings which may involve driving or flying.
Compensation:
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidates experience education and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate is $82000 $120000 annually.
