Job Description
Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Journeyman Level Technician!
Location: Oak Lawn IL
Schedule: Full Time 5 days week)
Pay Scale: $38$45/HR (BOE ASE Certs and/or Training)
We will provide paid training and Stellantis certifications but you must have all ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely vehicle diagnostics repairs and maintenance on vehicles
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Document all repair and maintenance work performed including parts used and labor time
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues repair options and estimated completion times
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous training and development
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications :
- Must have all ASE Certifications
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines transmissions brakes and electrical systems
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customerfocused attitude
- Comfortable working in various positions including standing bending and kneeling for extended periods
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (min 3 years)
- Must be willing to submit a background screening
