We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group KAM Manager (F/H) to join our team in Paris France. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts while leading a team of account managers to drive business growth and foster longterm client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability for assigned key accounts
- Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers ensuring high performance and achievement of targets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key clients
- Negotiate highvalue contracts and agreements with Clevel executives
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the groups accounts
- Implement best practices in account management and continuously improve processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and strategic decisions regarding key accounts
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of 7 years in key account management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple highvalue accounts simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with Clevel executives
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Team leadership experience including coaching and performance management
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Indepth understanding of B2B sales processes and industryspecific knowledge
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and team management
