The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the organizations operations and maintaining a professional work environment. This position requires a high level of responsibility attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Exemplify and promote organizational culture by actively supporting employees in their daily roles and responsibilities.
- Proficiently utilize and manage multiple company platforms and technological systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to prepare comprehensive recommendations and reports for executive decisionmaking.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with daily utilization for various administrative tasks.
- Execute new employee orientation and onboarding processes ensuring thorough understanding of company policies procedures mission vision and values.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and implement policybased solutions in accordance with EMSU guidelines.
- Manage executive calendars with precision coordinating logistics travel arrangements and meeting schedules.
- Process incoming mail efficiently including scanning and distributing documents electronically as required.
- Maintain and update the company Employee Handbook ensuring all documentation and processes remain current and compliant.
- Conduct regular assessments of company culture employee engagement and internal customer satisfaction providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
- Schedule the timely completion of employee performance evaluations in coordination with department managers.
- Oversee the procurement and management of operational supplies and software platforms.
- Conduct and document thorough inventories as required by organizational policies.
- Manage the requisition of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate and oversee fleet maintenance to ensure operational readiness of company vehicles.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management demonstrating flexibility and commitment to organizational success.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations facilities.
