Job Description
We are currently seeking customerfocused individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team as casual team members. As a member of our team you will be responsible for interacting with customers and working across various departments.
Our casual team members get involved in all areas of the store so each day will be different. This role offers loads of variety customer interaction and opportunities to learn and progress. We are looking for team players who possess a great attitude and are proactive in assisting customers with product queries and service.
Please note: this is a casual position with no set weekly hours.
Qualifications :
To be considered for this position candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail hospitality or customerfacing roles is highly desirable though not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- A professional demeanour and proactive approach to work are crucial.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality are nonnegotiable attributes.
- Flexibility to work as a casual team member with variable hours is a strict requirement. Candidates unable to meet this criterion should not apply.
- Physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods is necessary due to the nature of the role.
Successful applicants will be those who can demonstrate a commitment to excellence in customer service and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of store operations.
