Job description:
The role of IT Ops falls within the context of an Agile and DevOps approach. She/he acts as the guarantor of Production throughout the project cycle. He/she is a key player in taking production requirements into account contribution to the definition of the technical solution the stability of the technical environments (Production/nonProduction) the monitoring and supervision of the technical solutions. He/she participates in project team meetings and is involved in activities and collective decisions (assessment of complexity risks etc. throughout the project. He/she identifies good application production practices in collaboration with the Application Production Support and shares them widely.
Main Tasks:
- Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog
- Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices
- Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions
- Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision
- Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation performance improvement etc.
Qualifications :
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- IT Infrastructure
- Production Operation Steering
- IT Risk and Cyber Security
- Coordination and motivation skills
- Know how to delegate
- Systematic critical and logical thinking
- Summarization capabilities
- Be committed demanding and pedagogue
Language Skills:
- English
- French some notions
